Orchid Island and Green Island / TAIWAN - Program and Exhibitions
Program:
Program was done in Taiwan, coordinated by a photographer of Taiwan in 2002. In April, the program was done in Green island, participated 160 students of primary school. Known as the island of jail, now it is changing into the diving spots and hot spring. In July, additional program was done with the children of Yami/Tao people in Orchid island where traditional ethnic culture are rich. The Exhibition in Taipei /Taiwan was held in April in 2002 organized by Taiwanese side, widely presented by the media in the country. With the historical background of the between Japan and Taiwan, the exhibitions in Japan were significant as photo precious documentary of changing times and richness of the culture through the fresh eyes of children.
