In 2001, Republic of Uzbekistan was 10th anniversary of the proclamation of the Independence. In May, Wonder Eyes Photo workshop was done in the Capital, Tashkent and the ancient city, Samarkand. A total of 104 children, aged from 6 to 17, participated and took freely photographs. The historical, traditional and "young new" country is captured by the fresh eyes of the children.
